Reaching another accomplishment in the procurement of 2 Agusta A109K2 helicopters.

They have been appointed in December 2013 by an undisclosed Company to search the market and locate two helicopters capable to operate in the Southern Europe islands during summer periods on EMS/VIP operations. Many options have been presented and two units have been selected on sale directly from Agusta Westland. In only a 30 days time period helicopters have been inspected, the contract negotiated and signed, pilot's training initiated and maintenance activity organized.
The helicopters finally has been deregistered and delivered to the new owner. Once again 4Aviation team has proved its great capabilities and competence in assisting customers in all aspects of helicopter procurement."

The 2009-2010 Agusta A119Ke Koala helicopters were owned by a major Spanish operator and are all EASA approved. They are utility configured to perform aerial work (emergency operations and fire fighting).

4Aviation has followed all aspects of the Purchase/Sale from the detailed LOI negotiation, inspection coordination, test flight, purchase agreement consulting and delivery of the helicopter.

- the sale of one used Augusta Westland AW139 VIP to one of their clients in Turkey.

The 2008 vintage helicopter (MSN 41016) was owned by American Jet Holding
(US) and sold to an undisclosed company based in Turkey.

4Aviation has been appointed on exclusive basis for the sale of one Dassault Falcon 20E5. The aircraft, based in France, has been retrofit in 2007 and it’s presently completing a deep maintenance to clear the Z, A, 2A, 2A+ checks.
4Aviation has announced it will cooperate with CS Aviation, CAMO of the aircraft, for the marketing of the asset and to better assist the buyers in the maintenance follow up and acquisition process.

Following the success of procurement and financing of two helicopters and the high quality services provided, FlyMe SA appointed 4Aviation as Fleet Management Agent.
The contract includes the management of the lease of the two helicopters presently in use, their remarketing at the end of the term and the procurement and financing of the whole fleet acquisitions for the next 7 years.

4Aviation has reached an agreement with HELOPS S.p.A. for the sale, on exclusive basis, of one used Agusta A109E Power EMS. The helicopter, subleased by Helops to a third party, will re join the company fleet for the sale. The helicopter is equipped with hoist, cargo hook and emergency floats.
The agreement also includes the re-financing of one Agusta A119 Koala, presently on the company fleet.

The helicopter, built in 2007, is based in Rome and VIP configured. 4Aviation shall make use of all public means and personal contacts to market this wonderful helicopter in this particularly tough period.

Following the appointment from FlyMe for the procurement and financing of a second Agusta A109, 4Aviation has sourced one A109E Power EMS equipped with hoist and emergency floats, according to customer requirements.
The Agent has also followed all aspects of the procurement, from identification, contract negotiation, financing, inspection and delivery.
The helicopter will be based in Capetown serving the area with EMS services. The helicopter has been financed through a lease purchase agreement with ITC Leasing.

4Aviation is proud to announce the Lease Finance of one Agusta A109E Power to FlyMe (SA), a start up company based in Durban Virginia Airport – South Africa.
The helicopter has been delivered and entered into service for off shore and crew change operations in Durban.
4Aviation has been mandated by FlyMe for the financing of this helicopter and has succeeded in the scope though a lease financing.
